With almost 30 colleagues, the T&I sector offers advice in the field of passenger and freight transport. From mega projects in ports to practical solutions for inner-city mobility. From hard infrastructure to influencing behaviour of travellers. From business cases to the pros and cons of innovations in sustainable transport. Economic analysis is in our DNA. We have a strong focus on assessing costs and benefits of projects, both at entity level and for society as a whole. With tools such as the social cost-benefit analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis, our professionals advise clients in the public and private sector, supporting their decision-making processes. This is done at our home market in the Netherlands, at European level, together with colleagues from our European branch network (Belgium, Bulgaria, UK, Poland, Croatia and Spain) and outside Europe, with our offices in Turkey, India, Bangladesh, Zambia and Ghana.
 
What will you be doing
You are an enthusiastic professional who advises clients in national and international consultancy projects. From our office in Rotterdam, and possibly in Amsterdam or Brussels, you work on projects in which economic advice is provided to national and international clients in the area of transport, mobility and infrastructure. Clients are served based on an active dialogue and robust analysis. You will actively contribute to further developing our before-mentioned markets. This is done through close interaction with our clients and partners and by preparing excellent proposals. In all of this, you will have a clear external orientation, being up-to-date on trends and developments in the market and clients’ needs. 
 
Qualifications
  • You have graduated at WO level, preferably with specific affinity for mobility, infrastructure economy;
  • You have a commercial drive;
  • You have at least five years of relevant work experience;
  • You have demonstrable analytical capacities;
  • You have a proactive and flexible attitude and have good communication skills; 
  • You can work independently or as a team;
  • You have affinity with working in the Netherlands and abroad;
  • You are fluent in English, both in word and in writing; ability to work in Dutch is an advantage.
