Ecorys carries out final evaluations of two projects in Togo

From the 20th of August Ecorys will, in partnership with Sofreco, carry out the Final Evaluation of the Police Training Support Project (PAFP) and a Mid-Term Evaluation of the Justice Sector Support Project (PASJ).
The EU Delegation in Togo is the client of this project, the main beneficiary is the Ministry of Security and Justice in Togo. The project will take place in Lomé, which is the capital of Togo with missions to Davié. The Republic Togo is an African country that has its borders next to Ghana, Burkina Faso and the Atlantic Ocean.

The project will be finalised in the end of October 2018. The European Commission has prioritized the systematic and timely evaluation of its programs and activities. The evaluation focuses on the analysis of achievements and the quality of the results of the action, in the context of an ever-changing cooperation policy, with a growing emphasis on oriented approaches on the results. From this point of view, the evaluators should find the evidence explaining the reasons why and how these results relate to the EU intervention and try to identify the factors generating or hindering progress.
